St. Mary of the Annunciation Baptism Registration Form

Baptisms are celebrated on the afternoon of the second Sunday of every month. The exact time on that day will be determined when a member of the parish staff responds to your registration form. Parents who are presenting their first child for Baptism are required to attend a Baptism preparation session, which will be held on the Wednesday before the day of your child's Baptism at 6:30pm in the church.
